I went in on a day off looking to purchase a new vehicle and Pete was the first salesman I met and he is the one who helped me, Pete did an amazing job with getting me into a new vehicle and explaining all the things about it! Out of all the times I’ve gone in looking Pete has by far been the best one I definitely recommend going there!!

we were driving north when our van suddenly have battery light on, good thing we were approaching the exit to Columbus. stayed for the night then realized this dealership is next to the hotel. purchased alternator from o’reilly next to its and called this dealership. they took us in and got it fixed. very good customer service. they even gave us a detailed step by step of the service they did.

Customer service here was great. We tried to get our vehicle in at other places and they wanted us to wait a week to be seen. They got us in right away! They will be my service and dealership for a long time I feel.

Staff has been very helpful and informative with questions, honest and straightforward with suggestions and upcoming services, and not "pushy or intimidating" about necessary maintenance. I feel like sometimes dealerships get a bad wrap; these folks do not fit that negative stereotype. Kudos to everyone I've dealt with for maintaining the "small town" friendly vibe.
