We recently moved back to Wisconsin from Arizona and had a short amount of time to find a property within our budget and a few must haves. Our options were limited in the areas we were looking at but the one property we had our eye on was available and we needed to act fast. We contacted Jay Boyd (the realtor) who was on the sign as we were driving past the house we were interested in. Jay took our call right away and answered any questions we had. He also made time to be available later that day to show us the land/house. We literally only had one day to accomplish looking at houses as we were only in town for the weekend. He was super kind, funny and very informative for the area, the house, the land, who lived there prior, what neighbors we have, etc, etc and we were instantly sold on wanting to have this house/land be ours. We knew we would be in excellent hands from start to finish for the process and were even more excited to move home. Even though Jay Boyd was representing the Seller and us as the Buyer, we never once felt pressured or that we were less important. He took care of us as if we were his only client and that was extra appreciated. We put offer in on the house and a little over a month later it was ours.
