Alfonso Garcia is getting these 5 stars. For the past four years I have used Uhaul storage and not until today have I found one employee worth their while. Alfonso Garcia has changed that experience for me. I could not be more thankful for his professionalism. His attention to detail allowed me to get my phone number changed in the system after I had been trying for over TWO YEARS!!! He took the time to figure out the problem and was able to get my correct phone number on my account. It took him all of 5 minutes to figure out the system bug and work around. I have been trying to get my phone number changed for TWO YEARS with no luck and today that all changed with Alfonso Garcia. Thank you Alfonso for taking your time with me today. You have the best customer service skills in the entire company. I have spoken and emailed with corporate officers and they don't hold a candle to your exceptional professional integrity.
