(June 8, 2022, 2:08 pm)This Community has recently come under new ownership from Open Door Management and I could not be more pleased with their service and efforts, they didn't raise lot rent one penny, Kailee, Karen and John that run the community are super friendly, helpful and professional. This is a great place to live where you feel like management truly cares about you as a human being!

(February 4, 2022, 8:30 am)Amid all the chaos of limited opportunities and options my park manager Gina has been a godsend. Not only her general knowledge of park regulations, but making sure of my safety, and greatly needed advice and compassion,while still taking care of everyone else's issues too. Big community yet still small town feel. It's too easy to judge by comments made about people till you've been there.I have nothing good things to say about her professionalism, and her helpful advice! Being able to trust in these times is sporadic, and scary but she made that all possible, and gave me a glimmer of hope. Impact Community I pray you take care of this exceptional woman who goes above and beyond and is clearly deserving of the credit she's worked for.

(September 8, 2021, 1:29 pm)Every time we have had a problem with anything to do with our home I have talked with Gina the manager of the park and she has always taken care of it promptly. She takes her job seriously and gets things done. Keep up the great job Gina!!!!

Some people own some people rent...i rent but not from the park from a private landlord and well to be honest I cannot wait to move out....the trailer is falling apart so bad and several people including the property manager, myself and others have reached out to her. Property manager is amazing and knows a great deal about tenant/landlord laws!

(August 26, 2020, 8:31 pm)Blue Mounds Mobile Home Park is very quiet, neat and a friendly place to live, not to mention the proximity to Madison and so many fun outdoor activities! Brenda the Park Manager here is absolutely amazing, very professional and caring! Cannot go wrong moving here.
