(October 21, 2021, 11:38 pm)A convenient local grocery store that carries all of the essentials. I’ve found that when their meat department runs a sale, it’s really a bargain and great quality. They also have a quick sale section with heavily discounted items that are nearing expiration. This can be handy if you’re going to have guests and everything will be consumed quickly.

(October 16, 2018, 8:39 pm)Look, it is a Piggly Wiggly in a town of ~1500. Do not expect a huge selection. Seem to hire local people (adult and teenagers) as staff and never had a bad experience. Service can be slower than in a higher traffic store, but I have never had it be terrible.
Unrelated note, Piggly Wiggly has great meat specials if you look often.
