  Good food. Enjoyed standard breakfast food. Cheerful waiting staff. Sort of slow service, but due to short staffing it appeared. Nice quiet, family atmosphere, even during Packer game.

  This place was awesome! From the outside, it does look like it is dark and a bit of a secret/locals only type of bar. However, upon entering the Wisconsin style of restaurant was awesome. Halloween decor was hung proud so this is a great place to go to if you are looking for a Spooky meal. The bar tenders were nice and the drinks are reasonably priced. If you like Wisconsin classic drinks and a unique stop in Cottage Grove, this bar is for you.

  This place is such a great local gem. Ann provided us amazing dine in service. Everyone enjoyed their brunch and the bloody mary bar that is brought to the table. The local fish fry here is also very great! Thanks Black Bear and Ann!
