(April 19, 2017, 4:11 pm)Both of my parents, at different times, transitioned from the apartments to the Assisted Living. The staff is very caring, gentle, devoted, and responsible. Perhaps I am unusual in the amount of detail I want, my only gripe was having to ask things like "why are we using adult pull ups now when we have not been for the past year?" Otherwise the staff communicates very well regarding health and behavior.
