  I highly recommend Sarah. She is warm, compassionate, and knowledgeable, and offers a safe space to explore whatever is coming up for you in life. Sarah has provided me with practical tools and lessons that have shifted how I show up for myself. She has made my first experience with reiki therapy comfortable and enjoyable. A truly positive experience through and through.

  Sarah is a truly gifted human being who was put on this earth to help heal others. When I first started seeing Sarah a year ago, it was a need. I was so trapped by my own anxiety and trauma and had no idea what thoughts in my head were my own or caused by my past pain. Not once did Sarah ever make it feel like a problem was too small or not painful enough to deal with. I could come in saying someone offended me in a grocery store and Sarah would take it with the utmost care and help me work through it. She is constantly invested in my well being and pushes me to stretch my heart in really positive ways. I have continued to heal and grow over my time with her and feel like today, she is someone I look forward to seeing but no longer someone I NEED to see. I will not stop going to her to work through my hard times but feel like she has given me the tools to be able to do it on my own. She is an absolutely talented healer and I have recommended several of my closest friends who could tell you the same. If you're nervous, just go. You'll find she has a way to help that you didn't know existed. Thank you SO much Sarah!

  Sarah is a profoundly gifted Reiki practitioner. I have seen huge improvements in my overall health and resiliency since becoming a client. She has an amazing ability to listen and heal with compassion and nonjudgement. I leave sessions with Sarah feeling both at peace and empowered. She is truly a gift in my life and I highly recommend her!

  Sarah, at Embrace Your Essence, gently but confidently supports her clients to go as deep as the client chooses. Sarah creates a sacred and safe place to invite spaciousness many of us don't have the ability to cultivate on our own. In that sacred and safe place, she uses her intuition, compassion, intelligence, experiences and humor to invite you to get excited about your true essence. She is truly a gifted healer who empowers those she works with to reach their own healing goals. Thank you, Sarah, for helping me to find the courage to create the life of my dreams!

  Receiving reiki treatments from Sarah has been the single greatest blessing thus far in my life. In the time frame that I have known her, she has not only given me the most refreshing and cleansing reiki experiences, but she has held space for me in the outmost compassionate and genuine way. From the first day I met Sarah, I knew I could trust her with my past, present, and future. I have never feared that she would judge me and I have always felt loved and supported by her physically, emotionally, and energetically. She has guided me through the darkest parts of my soul. I use the word ‘guided’ because Sarah is a very unique healer. I have been through many therapist, doctors, medications, etc. but I have never found someone who has been able to show me how to heal myself. Sarah never tries to tell me how I am feeling or how I should feel. She always allows me to express my thoughts and she always invites me to explore my own mind and bodily sensations in ways that are both helpful and relieving. Most importantly, she always does so at my own pace and on my own terms, which I have found to be one of the most important keys to the healing process. I have relocated short term and currently we are thousands of miles apart. I still receive long-distance reiki via Skype, which I have found to be equally as effective as in-person sessions. Even from a distance, she is still able to impact my soul. Additionally, I was attuned by Sarah before I left, and I plan on returning for my remaining attunements until I am a reiki master. Not only have I experienced relief from my depression and anxiety disorders, I have been able to work with her to uncover the origins of these issues and heal them in an nondestructive and empowering manner. She is unlike any healer I have ever known and I look forward to each and every “energetic massage” (as I like to describe reiki.) She has inspired me infinitely and I hold her very close to my heart. Sarah has made me realize that, “I am not the light, but the light flows through me.” I wish I could share her with the entire universe because she truly has something flowing through her that we all need to hear in order to heal our inner children and ourselves.
