Hike and Heal Wellness, LLC

My daughters have participated in the Jedi Training Summer Camp session for multiple summers. It's always their first request for summer activities! The camp is fun, organized, and a great way to get out and appreciate nature in safe environment. As a parent I love the daily updates with pictures and videos. It makes it so easy to talk to them about what they did or learned that day. We love it and will be back!

What a joy-filled and nourishing two weeks of summer Jedi Camp for our daughter! We love how each child in camp is supported and celebrated by the camp leadership and mentors for who they are, in an environment that is the epitome of safe and nurturing. It is beautiful to see the kids immerse themselves in nature and learn to use their senses to guide their play in the woods. Mo is such a positive force, and is someone we hope can be part of our kids’ lives indefinitely!

The amount of growth I experienced through the weekend was absolutely amazing. The environment was very friendly and all of the activity facilitators were very respectful. I highly recommend going on a retreat with these lovely individuals. Absolutely worthwhile.

Moira has lead various leadership training for staff - ranging from mindfulness practices to leadership development. She executes Professional Development with well thought out processes, and has a way of connecting with people that makes them feel at ease & willing to go outside of their comfort zone. I feel honored to have her on my staff to be able to utilize her talents here in the building, while I know she is sought after by many organizations.

I've co-facilitated with Moira on numerous occasions and she always brings an incredible energy, passion and insight to groups. She is honest, open, and reflective which all make her a joy to work with and an incredible person to learn with. She truly cares about those she works with; I highly recommend taking advantage of a Hike and Heal Wellness experience.
