My first time to ChiroOne and I’d have to say it was great. Dr. Jim saw how much pain I was in and approached the issue so much better than my family physician did. His explanations were clear and thorough, immediately wanted x-rays done in order to get a better understanding of what’s going on. Had me return in the afternoon to show me X-rays and explained to me what his approach would be if I wasn’t already seeing PT. I would definitely see Dr. Jim in the future if things do not progress for me.

Dr Asha is the BEST! I have hypermobile EDS and she is very gentle and understands how important it is to not be too rough. She is always kind and welcoming. It’s great to feel like a person and not a number as you are greeted by name and I’ve never experienced that before. I’ve been happy with my care that I’m paying out of pocket as my insurance doesn’t cover chiro one. That says a lot that I took a payment plan over coverage! All the staff are so caring and it feels like a family vs just in and out care. They get to know you and I look forward to my adjustments.

I have been to many chiropractors in the past but Dr. Asha is my favorite! I love her style of adjustments. Also, the addition of the exercises and stretches she gives you to do in and out of the office have really been crucial to making lasting changes to my body.

I love Dr. Asha and Allie! They not only take care of your physical body but they always greet you by name and make getting adjusted fun and relaxing. I love how integrated everything is - not just adjustments but working out to strengthen muscles and also good information on ways to support your health journey at home.
