After calling Roto Router several times in the past to help with an ongoing problem of our basement floor drain backing up, we decided to try something different. My husband called Greg just after 8:00 AM on a weekday morning and he was at our house within the hour. He quickly located the clog, fixed it, was able to snake a pipe that Roto Router had never had success with in the past, and taught my husband how to handle the situation if/when it happens again!
