The customer service has definitely improved. I've only been in the store when dropping off FedEx packages or picking up a few small items. While I do think items are more expensive, every city has it's own economy. Stores adjust their prices based off a bunch of different factors. Aside from the prices, the manager is kind, always greets everyone with a smile, and asks if you ever need help. The employees are attentive and get the job done. Kudos to them for a solid experience!

Can I just say how much the staff has improved here within the last couple of years?

I used to avoid this Walgreens because of how unpleasant it was but I went here to get my first dose of Modena and was extremely surprised on how friendly everyone was.

Nasty place, I avoid it as much as possible. Never can get any help, pharmacists are rude and unhelpful, cashiers are like zombies. Must be the neighborhood ..

Service has actually improved quite a bit there since COVID started. Staff was helpful and willing to fetch items in the store and have them waiting for me at the pharmacy drive-up window. The manager was even willing to shop for me. Much better!!

Store was clean. I found everything I was looking for. Two employees nicely asked me if I needed any help. Great experience.
