I am beyond impressed with the quality of Matt's work. I highly recommend him!
Easy to work with and great quality! Matt did an unbeliveable job on my truck. I had a larger dent in the front quarter panel on the body line and its practically gone. Dropped off the vehicle and within a couple of hours it was competed.
Matt was great to work with. He was able to take out two small door dings on my BMW X5 pretty quickly while I waited. I told him I wanted the paint perfect. They were pretty small but I'm super OCD. It was great that he understood. For reference, I'm the guy that watches videos from Chicago Auto Pro or Obsessed Garage and spends hours detailing my car and polishing paint to get the swirl marks out. I'll definitely be using Matt in the future for paintless dent repair.
Matt was great and absolutely easy to work with. He did a phenomenal job on my car and at an incredibly reasonable price. Would recommend to anybody looking for simple dent repair.
There is good, there is great, and then there is Zing-A-Ding! I reached out to a few places for fixing a dent (won't ever do that again) and also was recommended to see Matthew at Zing-A-Ding. My first clue that Zing-A-Ding was the right pick was of course the referral but adding to that was the quick reply and honesty. Matthew took a look at the pictures I sent, but wanted to inspect the dent in person to confirm that he was confident a repair could even be done. I really appreciate that, and I would rather have someone be honest and send me to another place over "fixing" it.
When Matthew took a look, he was super honest about the fact the dent was really deep and there wasn't going to be a guarantee that it would come out. He was booked out a couple of weeks, but said if there was any cancellations that he would reach out. True to his word, someone cancelled and he emailed me right away to see if I could come in. His communication is amazing, and I never felt like I got lost in the shuffle.
I dropped off my Tesla in the morning (making sure he had plenty of time to work on other things as well as bring the car up to a more room temp) and he touched base with me that day to let me know where he was in the process and of course when he was done.
I can't stress this enough, the ONLY reason I could even find where the dent was before is due to me knowing/seeing it before. The phrase that comes to mind would be "under promise and way over deliver" and Matthew did just that! There is still a tiny tiny tiny spot that you can tell where the metal is slightly not back to factory however if you didn't already know it was there, good luck finding it again.
The last thing is the price, and I suggest going elsewhere if you want to overpay. Zing-A-Ding was extremely fair BEFORE I saw the repair, and after I think it is safe to say that if I ever need even a small dent fixed, I won't shop it around. Matthew and Zing-A-Ding have earned my business for as long as they stay around.
