  My husband and I worked with Nick Simon as first time homebuyers. Nick was extremely knowledgeable about the area and worked to make sure we got the best value. We had originally contacted Nick for assistance putting in an offer on a condo we had found. Nick navigated us through a difficult negotiation, and when he realized we were not going to get a good value he helped us move on to other options. Nick was very responsive to our calls and emails, and always aware of other houses in the area. The house that we ended up buying we had originally seen on a whim, the fourth house of the day. Nick was very helpful through the closing process and answered all of our questions. When we had questions about our home warranty a few months after closing he was quick to point us in the right direction. We would highly recommend Nick and appreciate all that he has done for us.

  I purchased my condo through Nick in 2012 and when it came time to move up north and list my condo, there was no other person that I would have considered working with other than Nick Simon!
  
  Nick and his assistant April made the sale of my condo go so smoothly! Nick makes sure that you are well informed on the process of selling your home and then continues to keep you informed on the progress. Nick is extremely knowledgeable about the housing market, which made me feel very confident in him as my Realtor.
  
  Nick is not only extremely professional to work with but also very personable! I highly recommend Nick for any home sale or purchase that you may have in the future!

  As first time home buyers we had lots of questions, concerns, and nerves! Finding a good, reliable and trustworthy realtor was very important to us.
  
  Nick was outstanding. He helped educate us throughout the whole process and was always more than happy to answer our questions. It is obvious that he is very passionate about what he does and truly enjoys helping others.
  
  One quality that truly sets him apart from others is how timely he responds to emails and calls. With all the emotions that are tied into home buying, it was great getting prompt responses. He also had no problem working with our limited availability which we greatly appreciated.
  
  We are very happy we had the opportunity to work with Nick. It was a pleasure getting to know him throughout the home buying process and developing a relationship. He always had our best interest in mind and gave us his honest opinion.

  My fiance and I worked with Nick Simon when we decided to seriously look at houses and go to showings. We wanted someone who wasn't part of a large real estate company as smaller places want to make you are happy and really appreciate your business. This was very true as Nick helped us through every step and answered all of our questions. He was always open and willing to help and he would promptly respond to emails as he understands that home buyers can have many questions throughout the process. Nick provided helpful insight when looking at houses based on what type and features of the house that we wanted. He even worked with us closely when an unexpected event occurred a week before closing when everything but signing the papers was completed. I would not hesitate to work with Nick again and I will recommend him to anyone I know looking for a house in the Dane county area. We really appreciate all that he has done for us.

  My husband and I could not be happier with the quality of service we received while working with Nick Simon. We had a tight selling deadline of 3 months before needing to relocate out of state and Nick was able to get an accepted offer on our house in just under 8 weeks. He went above and beyond using all the resources in order to find the right buyers for our house. Nick was always available to answer questions and kept us in the loop at all times. I recommend Sam Simon Real Estate to anyone trying to sell their house in the Madison area.
