This place has a great friendly atmosphere that I wish everyone could experience. The staff is amazing! The service is top notch!

If you are looking for the quintessential German restaurant / Supper Club in Wisconsin, this is it. It has a warm cozy atmosphere with a banquet hall available for when things get busy or there is an event happening. They have most of the German fare you would expect along with a great fish fry. I would recommend a brandy old fashioned and maybe a local brew as well. The prices are very reasonable for the area and the staff and management are very attentive. If you’re in the area seek this place out!

I love this restaurant! They prepare decent meals, their menu is rich, The cook in that place is a real pro, I love very much eating all their food. The food is always good, the attitude towards the guests is efficient. I often go to this place and I was never discontended. I recommend it to all.

I celebrated my graduation today in this great restaurant. Well we had a phenomenal evening and the restaurant was unquestionably the reason for this outstanding celebration. The stuff participated in a pleasant manner, the cuisine was tasty and my buddies were extremely overjoyed. We shall definitely return for more celebrations. Thank you very much.

As the debut visit for myself and my folks this past Sunday evening for dinner, this was an unforgettable experience beyond just the great, authentic German food this place is so well known for. The external grounds alone are gorgeous, the venue interior is a transportation to the German countryside. Every dish our party of 3 ordered up was served quickly and accurately. Stacey our waitress was totally awesome as well. My mushroom and onion topped medium ribeye was on point! My dads slow roasted pork shank was massive and decadent. My moms pork schnitzel and spatzel was 100% real deal goods. The chicken dumpling soup is soul warming, the complimentary dumpling rolls are dangerously good, you could make a meal of those with the whipped house sweet butter they come with. Portions are big and prices quite fair.

Beyond the plates I will note that Rebecca, the co-owner with Monte her brother is a top tier one of a kind person and business owner. Her story of the business, her role there, the mission of Dorf Haus in WI and the care she has for her customers is second to none and it shows on so many levels. This place is more than just a spot for amazing German good, its a place to be welcomed, fed, befriended and appreciated.
