We were not really sure what type of building would work best for our needs, he took the time to understand our business and find a great spot where we could flourish. We have been a tenant now for over five years and the level of responsiveness and support are incredible. Whether it is small building maintenance issues or strategic advice, Trowbridge has always supported us even taking initiative to help save us money on things like utilities. I could not recommend them more highly for anyone looking for property management in the Madison area.
