AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!!
Me and my wife had to open a bank account and Sarah Roatch helped us, she was sooo polite, nice and most importantly professional to the highest point.
There are a lot of bank employees from other banks that will act like you owe them something when you need help which is a very unpleasant thing to experience, BUT that didn't happened with Sarah, she made sure to help us with absolutely everything we needed and most importantly having a big smile on her face, that's really important for the costumer service.

I recently opened accounts at Black Hawk Community Credit Union and after I got my debit card when I tried to use it and it was declined , error read invalid pin. I called customer service and they said to call the number to activate it, I reactivated it then tested it and I got the same results so I took it into the Branch and they checked it and found that it was activated from the wrong telephone so they were able to take care of the problem. I have found working with the local staff is always more helpful.
