ITU-AbsorbTech has always been a very good company to do business with. Our representative Chad R. to me is the best out there. Our employees are majority visually impaired or blind, this makes the job of a safe environment a little more difficult but not impossible.
Our representative Chad does an excellent job when he services our location.
He makes sure the mats are perfectly flush and organized as well as our push mops and any other product we utilize through them.
Not only does Chad provide a service but he also makes sure that the environment is 100% safe for our employees during and after service.
Chad is the type of employee one should hire, he takes pride in his work and he cares for the company as if it were his own. Thank you for the excellent service, and thank you Chad for all the hard work and consideration for our employees safety.
On a second note, ITU-AbsorbTech is always on time and if there is a change of schedule due to holidays ITU-AbsorbTech makes sure to communicate as to when the next service day will be.
The products we utilize through ITU-AbsorbTech are always up to standards, in my 3 years of doing business with ITU-AbsorbTech not once have we had bad product, service or equipment.
