The Costco pharmacy technicians are efficient and knowledgable, as well as personable and down-to-earth. The pharmacists are gentle at vaccinations. I appreciate that it's the same wonderful staff every visit. I also am greatful that they take the time to make sure I get the best price on my rx!
Andy is terrific! He is so patient with my many questions on the travel vaccine program. Really appreciate all the time he took to make sure I got everything I need for my trip.
Andy ensures he never absentmindedly fills prescriptions. He questions physician orders and gets to know the customers. He’ll double check and then triple check - fantastic service. Much better experience coming here than your run off the mill CVS and Walgreens locations in Sun Prairie.
Started going to Costco Pharmacy after a friend recommended it. Upon arrival, Pharm Tech Dan Haufschild went above and beyond to fill my prescription. He contacted my insurance and my doctor to make sure my prescriptions were updated and filled. Very knowledgeable and helpful. He often gives me updates and info on my prescriptions. Would recommend going here 100/10 because he is that amazing and friendly on the job. Telling everyone I know to switch to Costco. Thanks Dan
