    Walked in to do my order , and from the very start Mr. Roberto WOWED US!!! Amazing at knowing his products , very patient and Remarkable Customer service!!!!! If you ever visit this Wendy’s ASK FOR ROBERTO!!!! He NEEDS to be in management ASAP!!

    We stop at the wendy's on Barker cypress, we decided to go in and sit down to eat but there was a really stinking smell coming from there bathroom area, it was really bad that we couldn't stay and eat there. So the atmosphere was terrible. Food was tasty and satisfying after we eat it home.. I will definitely not going back to that location. ☹

    ALWAYS our choice when we come to the Madison area. The entire staff is always friendly and accommodating and even remembering our traveling pet companion each time we stay. Clean, comfortable and accommodating:)

    Kalli was AWESOME!!! We had a few minor issues at check in nothing that anyone would have known to have fixed. She was so accommodating to us and so was Valentino, Chris, and the housekeeping ladies. All of them! Excellent customer service
