I ordered brand new door lock, which arrived with none of the bolts & screws, required to install.
Armed with the door lock, I entered the hardware. The gentleman working at the time, took the door lock, along with the instructions & gathered every bolt & screw required to assemble the lock. He then took

You dont get that kind of service anymore!
