I normally wash my dog at home, but told that my husband that I was thinking of going to a dog wash in Madison so that I wasn’t bent over the bathtub trying to hold onto a scared, wet, slippery dog . He mentioned that he saw a sign for a dog wash in New Glarus so I went to check it out.
This is place is incredibly convenient. You pay $10 for a 12 minute pet wash. The tub is elevated, has stairs, and all of the shampoo is built into the machine. It’s quick and easy, and you can’t beat the price. There’s also a tub disinfectant built into the machine so you can feel safe that the equipment is clean.
Before I left, I got a much needed car wash. The car wash is more expensive than a typical gas station, but it did a great job. I’ll definitely be back to the Wasche Center (and maybe with my king sized comforter to test the laundromat)! -
