  I had a amazing experience with Tommy at the Jefferson us Cellular. Here was extremely patient and informative and too his time to show me amazing features on my phone. I love my s10. Thank you Tommy ????❤️

  Once my phone was located the lady was great , most helpful. The store was clean and quiet, almost felt like someone was going to offer me coffee.

  Anna at the Jefferson location was amazing! We signed up 5 new lines in 3 days with the typical small hiccups when transferring from another carrier and some lines not having been uploaded to the cloud in forever. She was most knowledgeable and helpful and our whole family was so happy to work with her through this transition. Without her knowledge and patient support, we may not have proceeded with this whole process. Thank you, Anna!

  Thomas was an amazing sales associate to deal with! Helped me out by showing me the different options of phones, what was the best price, and sold me all the right accessories for my new purchase all while dealing with 4 other customers at the same time and never missed a beat with communicating with me. Also was very helpful with getting some billing issues worked out with the call center. Will definitely have my business again! Highly recommended versus dealing with a US Cellular store in a larger city.
