(September 20, 2018, 10:38 pm)Contacted Trevor directly when placing a bulk order for the 3-door commercial coolers, and I have nothing but awesome things to say. We were having issues with getting the order put through, but Trevor was very patient with me and helped talked me through the issues. Had a small hiccup when it came time for the delivery, but Trevor and I kept in contact, and he kept me well-informed about the dates. The coolers were awesome, and even when we had issues almost a year later, he helped us get it taken care of.

(August 8, 2018, 11:20 am)I had a wonderful experience with Iron Mountain Refrigeration. I did quite a bit of research before buying my 2 door display cooler. I was originally going to order it on amazon but decided to call IMR directly and I am so glad I did. I spoke with Trevor and he was so polite and answered all of my questions and even got my cooler shipped out same day! I emailed Trevor to ask a few questions about my warranty and he responded very quickly and explained everything about the warranty. The only problem I had was with the carrier that was supposed to deliver my cooler. After fighting with Estes I was over it and called IMR and they handled it immediately ( I should have called them first instead of fighting with Estes.) I know IMR had nothing to do with the delay of my delivery it was all the carrier but Michelle from IMR handled it so quickly and I was even refunded $100 that I didn’t even have to ask for. I then followed up with treveor about my refund and he was on it. Trevor was quick to respond with exactly who I needed to talk to with my bank if the money did not show up. All I can say is I am so impressed with everyone that I talked to at Iron Mountain Refrigeration. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I will definitely be ordering from them again!
