  Grady Design Harborside Eye Care prioritizes their patients in the best way. Their outstanding customer service, eyewear selection and overall patient care make this place a rare find. Harborside has an unmatched selection of frames. Whenever I wear my glasses out in public I receive many compliments. My family and I have been seeing Dr. Bill Grady for years, and we wouldn’t think of going anywhere else for our eye care services. In fact, all four of us travel from Madison, Wisconsin all the way to Kenosha simply because this place is the best in the business. If you are looking for a new eye care provider in the southeast Wisconsin area, I couldn’t recommend this place more!

  I’ve only had excellent experiences here. There is a commitment to patient/customer satisfaction at this establishment that you don’t see very often anymore. Everyone is very knowledgeable about the frames and lens and what will work for each individual’s needs. Dr. Grady is always willing to take the extra time to explain the whys and hows of any part of the the exam and plan of care. And the selection and quality of frames cannot be beat.

  Customer service was off the charts. The staff at Harborside were fantastic! But, most importantly, Dr. Grady fit my custom contact lens prescription with high expertise. I wear mono-vision lenses for my work, and the prescription was absolutely spot on the first time we did the follow up visit. I would recommend Harborside to anyone seeking a vision professional with that much skill and care for his patients.

  Great Experience! The staff here is very knowledgeable, and thoughtful on how they treat you. Dr. Grady is very thorough, you walk away knowing that your eye exam was as complete as could be. They have one of a kind frames as well. If you like knowing that the frames you have won't be seen on anyone else, you really should check them out.

  Dr. and Cyndi Grady are wonderful! Their shop is really unique, and the frame selection is out of this world. Everytime I visit, I see a new pair I'd like to try. Dr. Grady goes above and beyond to make sure that your prescription is exactly what you need, that you are comfortable with the vision and fit of your new glasses, and that you are 100 percent satisfied. Renee is wonderful too at helping you select just the right frame. I heartily recommend Harborside Eye care to everyone in need of a good frame, and excellent eye care.
