He's new and young but Jenn and her team scale back for him where needed and keep a close eye on everything - but they don't babysit or coddle. As he puts it every time we drive home "Dad (long pause because he's still huffing and puffing), that workout really sucked but I can't wait to go back tomorrow!" I get a great big smile every time because it's a testament to the "in this as a team" philosophy at CrossFit Kenosha. I'd give them 6 stars if it was possible!!
