  If I could give New Generation RV more than 5 stars I would. My husband and I received the best customer service possible. This experience was excellent from start to finish. Everyone who works at New Generation is exceptional. Mary was our initial contact person who started the process of purchasing our motor home. We were then placed in the very capable hands of the business manager, Jeff. Jim took up the responsibility of instructing us in the complete use of the RV. Last, but certainly not least, we met and was welcomed by the owner himself. Thank you for your outstanding service. We hope you are in business for a very long time because we definitely plan to return again and again.

  Just picked up our new Toy Hauler from New Generation RV. Couldn't have been more pleased with our experience. We shopped across the country for the best price. We are from Pensacola Florida. New Generation RV "BEAT" everyones price. The deal took about 15 minutes. I told them the lowest price I found and Mark instantly beat it. It was worth the long trip to buy from them. Everyone was very professional and friendly there. No pushy sales department like you find at Camper World. I highly recommend you call Bruce Lash, Sales if you are in the market for a new RV. It was a pleasure working with Bruce. He will go the extra mile for you. As for the service department, they were first notch. Eric was very attentive to my questions and concerns. I had a long list of issues the manufacturer missed. The service department went all in and fixed every issue on my list. Couldn't have been any happier. Once again, Top notch dealer and best team I have ever worked with. I'd do it again.......

  Everyone is great to work with great service, no one presses you to buy they want you to get what you want .. as long as your vehicle can tow it .. thank you bruce,Billy and finance mgr.

  We have been in the market for sometime looking for a camper. We visited several competitors in both Illinois and Wisconsin. But we kept coming back to New Generation RV. We stopped by 3 times, and dealt with Mary every time. Never, not once, did Mary make us feel like we were wasting her time. In no way, shape or form, was she the 'pushy saleswoman'. She was a joy to work with. The folks at New Generation are great people. From the sales, to loans, to maintenance; they are all fantastic! I would not, not for one second, hesitate to recommend New Generation to anyone.

  Great people! Bruce Lash is one of the best salesman there. Prices are great! Did not feel pressured at any time to buy anything. We will definitely be back for our next rv.
