  Brian and his staff are the greatest. They are what customer service is all about. I have been with Brian as my agent for almost 20 years and have no intention on changing. They are smart, helpful, professional and I know I can trust them with ALL of my insurance needs from my car to my house. They are an amazing team and I am happy to work with a hassle less insurance agent. Brian takes care of everything. Really knows his stuff. And I really appreciate their great customer service. I highly recommend.

  Switching to American Family - Brian Guerin & Team was one of the best decisions we have made. They always have their client's needs as a priority and their customer service is over the top. We absolutely love working with Kim, she has been available any time we've needed something or had any questions. We love our American Family!!

  I have been with the Brian Guerin agency for over 30 years. Whenever I have had a claim they have been very helpful. They have also had great advice on what to insure, what level of comprehensive insurance to have or not have on the vehicles, etc. A few days ago my wife's car threw a bunch of codes and wouldn't travel over 20 mph. I had the car towed to the dealer. They gave me the unfortunate news that mice had chewed through the wiring in several places on the wiring harness. The service rep said that replacing the harness would run ughhh... $4000! But, he said that I should check with my insurance agent, my insurance may cover it. So I called and talked to Brian. Needless to say, he said that comprehensive would cover it and I would only owe $100 for my deductible. Wow, was I relieved!! He quickly switched my call over to the claims department. They handled everything with the dealer. A nice lady from claims followed up with me a couple times as did Michelle Tsui from Brian's agency. I have since picked the car up and I couldn't be happier with Michelle, Brian and the folks at the claim department. I am very pleased with everything they helped me with and I couldn't recommend them more!!

  I worked with Am fam's emergency roadside service for the first time yesterday. Very happy w my experience. My contact was personable, helpful and efficient as was the technician who came to jump start my car. Used tobe a AAA member and decided to save a bit of money and tried american family's product. I am very happy so far!

  Caring, knowledgeable, dependable, responsive, thorough - these are just a few ways to describe Brian and his team. I (and now my family) have been a customer of Brian's for almost 30 years, and I truly value him to be there and support me during a critical event. He and his agency have always been the gold standard in customer service and he actively works with us to make sure we have the right coverage for our needs. Just knowing he and his team are there for us when something comes up has given us peace of mind to go about our daily routines.
