So far so good. Not great but not bad service either. An all untilties unit (depending on which apartment) with internet, heat, and sometimes a flat screen TV included. I appreciate that they are willing to work with me on certain things. Lots of good options on apartments for a reasonable price. Although the rent has been raised on me they have made it clear this would happen. Had basic issues (plumbing, etc.) still they took care of it right away when informed. They keep the halls and surrounding clear. Recently they cleared the basement out and that helped with the overall cleanliness of the building. Although they charge $100 deposit. It's a good start place to save up on things or pay stuff off until time to move on.
