Their personal trainers care and are ready to help on a personal level as well as on a community level with their involvement in many of the local community events in bay view.

I began working out at Wild about 9 months ago. At first, i was hesitant to work out in such a small group and was worried i would be conspicuous. Mostly i just wanted to be sure that I wouldn't be noticed at all. To my pleasant surprise, I was made to feel at home almost instantly. The staff and the fellow clients at Wild create an atmosphere of fun and inclusion. This atmosphere, along with the quality of the workouts and the trainers, is what keeps me coming back to Wild. In addition to challenging physical workouts, I've also gained a community of people who I feel truly care about me and my health.
I began at Wild Workouts and Wellness in late October for a 21 Day Challenge. I liked what I saw (and how I felt) so much I became a member. Having never been to a gym before, I needed more guidance to insure I was working out properly. The trainers are extremely knowledgable and friendly (and so are the members.) A great place to begin your fitness journey!
My Journey began about a year ago with the Wild Group. Started workouts at small gym with great coaches who helped me get healthy again. Now I workout at the big boot camp and love it! I've lost weight and inches and I have so much fun! I'm signed up to do the Senicshore 150 this July and I never would have tried something like this without their support!
I have been coming to Wild Workouts and Wellness for about 7 years! I enjoy the workouts and working with the trainers. All the trainers want to help you be the best you can be, whether that's helping you with exercise, nutrition, or special issues.
