I've personally rented from this company for a couple years before working with their main realtor, Jeff, to purchase my own home. As a tenant I experienced excellent communication/response time to any repairs that were needed at my apartment.

Jeff the realtor was insightful and super patient. We looked at many houses and he shared honest advice during showings, many times encouraging me to "keep looking." I would recommend this small local business to anyone looking for a quality place to live or realtor services.

Jeff is a GREAT realtor. Knows his stuff inside and out... no pun intended. Have bought multiple properties with him.

I don't get the negative reviews. My experience was fine. I rented an apartment and when something went wrong they fixed it within a reasonable time. They don't offer a butler service, maybe that's why others are so salty.
