(October 3, 2019, 12:02 am)Wade and the team will guarantee you a no-thinking cardio blast that will leave you energized for the rest of the day. Every session, I left feeling a great pump. Plus, each day has a different focus with different workouts. My only gripe is that the price is a tad steep for recent graduates. Nonetheless, it's worth dropping in and trying a class to see if it's a good fit for you!

They pushed me and challenged me so that I left the studio with a better technique and even reaching pb (never did unassisted pull up before! ????????)
Highly recommended if you want to work out while having fun!
