Alex Ferreira: Allstate Insurance

Alex had been my Allstate agent for at least 10 yrs now. He or his staff have always answered my questions with courtesy and helpfulness. I have home and auto coverage.

I just bought home and auto insurance from Alex Ferreria and from my experience here i'll say this; all these bum's on here posting their one star reviews are absolute crybabies. A good friend of mine recommended me to check this place out, so I made an appointment. Alex's price for home and auto blew the doors off of my parent's insurance broker that I originally went to see. In fact, there was such a difference in price that they are now seeking insurance elsewhere. Alex was able to answer a plethora of questions I had on the different types of coverage, deals I'd get, what exactly i'm covered for, and everything in between. On top of all that, when I found out the bank made a mistake on communicating the closing date of my house sale to Alex, he reassured me that I would remain in good hands. We worked through the bank's mistake, and I was able to close on the house early as planned. To all the people writing these slanderous, entitled, manure quality reviews I say this, go work on yourselves before you enter the realm of customer service, and wipe all the dam crocodile tears off your cheeks.

Great service they speak Spanish which is great because they understand me better, Always answer all my doubts have been with them for 5 years really recommend them I feel like the people putting negative stuff is talking about some other agency. Maria is someone I normally work with. Good people :)
