  I vetted every single self-storage center within a 25 mile radius. My needs were simple; multiple large-sized units with drive up access. I was surprised at how many other brands and storage facilities were cold, unresponsive, or otherwise rather unwilling to help accommodate what I was looking for. I'm very glad that I found Devon storage. The property is a 10 minute drive from the heart of downtown, all of the units have drive-up, outdoor access, and the prices are rather competitive. Items that truly stood out to me were the fact that the units all have lights- with no monthly electric surcharge. This is fairly uncommon and a huge added bonus. In the larger units, the ceilings are vaulted. Opposed to modern self storage units with a flat 6-8 foot roof, the vaulted ceiling allows for TONS of vertical space usage. AND, I believe it's the 10x20 size, some units have a loft space to further use the vertical height!
  
  Besides the property amenities, the staff was terrific to work with. Throughout the entire on-boarding process I worked with Doreen. She was down to earth and friendly while also displaying a clear knowledge and aptitude in her position as property manager. A number of the other property managers (Public Storage, Life Storage, Extra-Space Storage, Stadium Storage) that I interacted with in my search for a storage solution were either unprofessional, un-knowledgable, unmotivated, unhelpful, or downright rude. Doreen was the opposite of all of those things and I'm happy to have the opportunity to work with her. I can rest easy when I am not at the property- Doreen did nothing but instill complete confidence in me and it's easy to see that she is someone who is genuinely devoted to the work that she does. She was adamant about me contacting her should I ever need anything, and also noted that maintenance/ upkeep requests are usually fulfilled within a matter of hours.
  
  Everything thus far has been a great experience. I look forward to what I expect will be a great relationship for my duration at Devon Storage.
  
  I cannot recommend this facility enough if you are at all in search of a place to store your things.

  I would like to thank chase of Devon storage for making our holiday come true we had problems with the last manager but now that new management has tooken over our problems were solved and we are going to have a great Christmas thsnk you Chase and Merry Christmas to your staff and families from Adelson and mine.

  Chase and Dee were such a delight to work with! Didn’t have great past experiences but I’m so happy that they will be there from now on! I needed my lock to be removed and chase did it without a problem! Definitely Recommend!

  It was 100 degrees. 3 people were in line for Justine to help us. She was good natured helpful and efficient even in less than ideal circumstances. I got my unit and I was putting stuff in it and then I had to move for someone to get their moving truck through. So I did that. And I started feeling hot but I was trying to get more done. Then I started feeling sick. So I got in the car to turn the air on but I could t find my keys and I was getting nauseous and weak. I called the office and Justine quick came over and brought me wateraQQQQ. She let me cool off inside while I called someone to help me deal with my missing keys.
  
  I’m pretty sure I’d have been really really sick and passed out without her help. Justine is great at her job and she went above and beyond, which prevented a pretty certain disaster. I’m pretty sure that would have caused a lot of paperwork for someone...and an ER
  
  Devon Storage, you need to do everything you can to be sure Justine stays with you. She’s an asset beyond what you are aware of.
