I get the sense that Dr Ranicke cares a great deal about his patients (me). That matters to me. Good vibes. He's a thorough and dedicated chiropractor, not like some others I've seen who rushed me in and out and left me cold. Just today, I returned to the doctor again for a newly developed condition. He seems optimistic that treatment will clear it up. Will re-post once treatment is completed.
Follow-up: My treatment is completed and I'm happy to report that I feel great again! Dr Ranicke cleared up my "crooked back" sensation the first week and continued to correct a few other kinks along the way. My very painful obliques and lower abdominal muscles took longer to recover -- which is typical of soft tissue damage. The doctor also used trigger-point therapy, transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TENS), infrared light, and ultrasound -- and a cozy warm and relaxing vibrating massage table. I'm very grateful to Dr Ranicke. He's an extraordinary healer. My thanks to Kim Ranicke too. :)
My wife, my daughter, and I are patients of Dr. Ranicke. My wife has pretty significant long term joint pain that Dr. Ranicke helps to keep in check as long as we keep up with maintenance adjustments. If we wait too long to go back and the pain gets overwhelming it takes a bit longer to get back to base line but Dr. Ranicke always helps. My daughter has Cerebral Palsy and is very tight and spastic. After our adjustments with Dr. Ranicke she is always much looser and can stretch her arms, legs, and hands better. We will be life long patients of Dr. Ranicke
I started seeing Dr. Ranicke a few months ago to treat my chronic back pain. He was able to eliminate my pain over the course of a few months. For the first time in 8 years I have many days where I don't experience any back pain at all. Yesterday I went to see Dr. Ranicke for another back adjustment and I told him that I had injured my foot while running. After looking at it he adjusted my foot as well. Within a few hours the pain in my foot began to subside and now (the next day) my foot is almost pain free. Prior to this adjustment I took a few days off work to let my foot heal but I was still limping around in pain. I dreaded taking a few more days off to let my foot heal, which would have hurt my business and cost me money; but instead I was able to finish a job later that same day! Thank-you so much Dr Ranicke! As a side note I think the prices at this practice are very reasonable, my wife goes to a different chiropractor in Glendale and she pays more per adjustment.
Dr. Ranicke is skilled in chiropractic and nutritional analysis. The staff is wonderful. I have been going here for 12 years. Where modern medicine wasn't able to figure out a problem, Dr. Ranicke was able to solve it with chiropractic adjustment and/or supplements- all which costs much less and are more effective than taking prescription drugs! I highly recommend that if you have an ongoing health problem and are feeling out of options, you visit Dr. Ranicke. His care has worked on top of or in conjunction with traditional medicine for me as well.
Lovely office staff that is always upbeat and willing to help. Really warm and welcoming environment. Finally saw improvement with my lower back and shoulder problems! Dr. Ranicke was able to pinpoint exactly what was going on with my health.
