(October 9, 2020, 9:17 pm)We had a new driver miss our delivery because they didn't know how to get into our neighborhood, but we understood so did not fault him at all. We went to the center to pick-up instead. The driver was running really late but the customer reps were very helpful and helped us even after closing hours since we had to wait with others for the driver to return. 5 stars to the customer reps!
