  I've seen Lauren for both massage and acupuncuture for the last year and have enjoyed every session. I continue to see her and highly recommend as she truly cares and caters every session to you.

  For first time massage folks!
  
  I can't say enough positive things about Live Oak Heath and Lauren. Before Lauren I had never opted for a massage, truthfully the thought of it didn't identify as 'comfortable' with me. I didn't think massage would be my cup of tea, I'd go as far as to say I never would have thought I'd feel comfortable with it.
  
  For some reason (probably my lack luster stretching and fitness practices, aka none) my knee was overused and became excruciating painful, stiff, quite awful for me personally.
  
  I scheduled my first appointment with Lauren, limping at best to get through the doors, following my appointment I was no longer struggling to limp. Throughout the week I saw incredible improvement. I scheduled a follow-up appointment for the next week and by the time I walked in - I was ABLE to walk and not limp or hobble.
  
  I'm a believer. Lauren is a magician. Thank you.

  Although I’m not a local guide, since I had medical massage therapies in China before, I can tell Lauren is a very professional Tui Na(Chinese massage) therapist. I just had one session from her and now feel my neck and shoulders are significantly improved! I manually put an extra star here????.
  
  Follow up:
  Since I'm a software engineer and a computer gamer, I sit too much in front of a computer. So my should and neck problems just come and go. I have sticked with this clinic for a year and all the treatments were really successful. I also highly recommend Shannon for soft tissue issues since she is able to "scan" through problematic muscles and break all the knots and calcification points.
  
  I can't say cupping and massage are the best ways in physical therapy, but this is the best clinic offering these two treatments in this area.

  Lauren is great! I had been struggling with migraine headaches for almost 15 years prior to finding Lauren. Nothing was working to relieve them. After one session there was a huge relief! I have continually seen her for over 6 months now, and will continue. She is great at being able to locate where my headaches are coming from and techniques that I can use to relieve them. You will not find a better solution than her!
