  Crystal Has Such a Special and Warm Way of Sharing the gift of yoga! She gives wonderful cues, guidance, and instruction. I have practiced all types of yoga for many years and she definitely stands out as being a teacher that I felt comfortable with and that I see as a light. I would highly recommended experiencing what she has to offer!

  I met Crystal after my wife finally convinced me to take yoga classes with her. She repeatedly talked about how this instructor was genuine, kind, and thoughtful and could make anyone love and appreciate yoga. Crystal is that and more and her classes are awesome. She has helped me with my practice greatly. Her classes can be tough and challenging but also chill and peaceful when needed.

  Crystal is an absolutely incredible yoga instructor. I have taken numerous of her classes in the last several months and am completely hooked. Her mindfulness and genuine love for others as well as for yoga shows from the minute she sees you until you leave the class. Crystal does a great job reading the room and tailors the classes to people’s requests/needs if they have any. She is respectful of boundaries but is also willing to manually assist and reposition people to help them get deeper into the pose or improve their postural alignment/form. It is evident she loves what she does and it helps motivate and inspire me to practice more and more. Namaste.

  Practicing yoga with Crystal has been a pleasure! As a new yogi, I especially appreciated the time and effort she took to make sure I understood each posture and how to safely transition in and out of it. She is thoughtful in her practice and knows how to tailor each posture to suit different levels of difficulty. Crystal’s welcoming and warm personality create a safe space for all who practice yoga! Not only are her classes fun and challenging, but she always has an awesome playlist to match! I am very grateful to have gotten an opportunity to start my yoga journey with her!

  Crystal is an amazing Yoga instructor, and I would highly recommend her for anyone looking for a more personal approach to their practice. As someone new to yoga, Crystal made me feel welcome and assured me that anyone can do yoga, no matter their age, weight, or flexibility. Her classes feel intimate and personal, and the music choices are a nice added touch. If I could give her more than 5 stars, I would.
