  Found Flanner's on line and they seemed to have what we were looking for to solve our audio needs. The show room was easy to find and had all of the options we were considering. The staff was very helpful showing us everything. We went home and decided what we wanted and placed our order by phone. Everything was delivered and installed the same week. A seamless purchase.

  They came and replaced my outdated projection system in a new home we bought and told us the AMP was a good one, so we kept it and replaced the video with a smart remote. They had to come out a few times to get it to work properly but now that it is all set and running right, it is AWESOME. The service is EXCELLENT and the price I paid for the video was comparable/better than I would have gotten elsewhere. I will definitely use them again.

  Walked in with almost no background in stereo equipment, and James was a perfect resource for finding the appropriate system. He was great about taking time to teach me about speakers, and then matching my needs with the right equipment. Really a great experience. My system is a fantastic asset in my life.   They did a great job getting my whole house system working. The family has been enjoying the great system daily. The install was done extremely professionally making it all look clean and the wires managed in a clean look. I would not have been able to make it look as nice myself and their recommendations for the system turned out really well in terms of sound quality.
