  I have been in communication with the owner, who has been very friendly and understanding.
  
  John Armbruster worked with me to fix the situation and get the watch back to a working order.
  
  He kept me updated with frequent calls and texts.
  
  He made sure it was in working order, keeping time and all parts fixed before returning it to us.
  
  Thank you.
  
  Staff broke my wife’s watch.
  
  When confronted, she pretended she never met my wife before. Staff would not even believe the watch was broken.

  I adore my wedding ring set from Armbruster Jewelers! When my husband proposed, I thought the ring was gorgeous, but figured eventually I’d get used to it. The amazing thing is, seven years later, I’m still genuinely caught off guard by its beauty. The center diamond constantly catches the light and is so sparkly! We go in at least twice a year to get the ring inspected and have never had a loose stone.
  
  Got a new pair of earrings recently and a cute necklace for my daughter, so I knew I needed to come back to leave a review. The quality and customer service are unmatched!

  Highly recommend this jeweler!! My Mother needed her DNR bracelet fixed they were so wonderful to her putting extra links so it would fit her better.

  We cannot thank Armbruster's enough for all of their help with our rings! Their attention to detail and service is amazing! They helped us pick out the perfect rings by educating us on the different styles, ring materials, fits, and types of diamonds. They were so kind and patient with us and really listened to what we were looking for in our rings. We felt so comfortable and reassured when working with them! We did not feel pressured or rushed! They truly care about their customers and it shows! Thanks for an awesome experience! We highly recommend them to anyone!

  We are enjoying the Hubbard Park Beer Garden and marveling at the quality of the diamond John selected for us as it winks at us in the sunshine. It has been almost 6 months and I don’t think a day has gone by that one of us did not comment on how brilliant and sparkly it is! I highly recommend any potential customers to ask John to show you an ideal cut diamond. We have yet to see anything that compares to Kari’s ring!

  (Don’t tell John, but we would’ve paid a lot more if we knew how much we would enjoy this ring! Shhh... 😉)
