Grafton Eye Center inside Costco

Always friendly people to work with. I have complete confidence in Dr. Knous, he answers my questions and explains things very thoroughly. A very good group.

We were there for an appointment for my son.
Calling to schedule they were very nice and we're able to get us in much sooner than other places. We did wait 30 mins after our appointment time to be seen, which with other kids with us was difficult. We know this happens some times, my husband has been here several times and running does not seem to be the norm, which is great.

All the staff was very friendly and were great at explaining things to my son. The doctor was wonderful and very friendly. It was very affordable considering we were a cash payment.
Only down side was waiting so long to be seen, but again we know that happens and sometimes can't be avoided.

They are knowledgeable, efficient and helpful. I fully endorse both the optometrists and the Eyeglass Center inside of Costco. I've been going to them for years.

Great experience!! Super impressed by the diagnostic equipment and great staff. Dr Kris was very informative, patient and genuinely interested with my eye concerns. I loved that I didn’t have to have my eyes dilated. Thank you ALL for making this a great experience!!!

I was impressed with the optometrist, Dr.. Melissa, as well as the rest of the staff.. Very friendly and professional.. The optometrist spent more than a half hour testing me and thoroughly explaining the results.. Some of the testing equipment was more sophisticated than my ophthalmologist's. The optometrist even sent some results of one of the tests to my ophthalmologist. I am totally sold on the eye care I received at the Costco Eye Center in Grafton, WI.
