    We sent an arrangement to our daughter who just had her first child. The arrangement far exceeded my expectations. It is gorgeous! I was so pleased with my order and my daughter was so happy.

    I ordered the "Designer's Choice" and was extremely pleased with the outcome. Beautiful flowers and excellent customer service! Highly recommend this florist and will use them again in the future!

    Sometimes you judge a place on getting what you want on the first try (or not getting it). What i can say is that when there was a mix up with my order and the folks working were doing what they could with the challenges of a valentines day rush amidst a snowstorm year...they came through and upgraded my order to make amends for the mix up. To me that's important character, where you recognize your role in what happened and take action to remedy the situation. In this case, my bouquet was super upgraded and naturally that delighted my wife.
