I was greeted as soon as I walked in. I was taken straight back for my appointment. Dr Moffit addressed my concerns and fit me with contacts and a glasses prescription. I see great with both my contacts and glasses. Gina helped fit me for my glasses. Margie made them for me that day. Safe to say I'll be a returning customer.

I had an excellent experience at the new Washington LensCrafters. I received excellent customer service from Gena. She was helpful in picking out frames and offered good advice on lenses. The store is beautiful, organized and clean!

My eye exam was very thorough and without any exasperation if I wanted to view vision options (#1 or #2?) multiple times. My sales associate, Angelo-who I would highly recommend was fantastic and explained everything to me concisely step-by-step through the frame/lens purchase process. They also worked with my Aetna vision insurance seamlessly. A job well done by all involved for me!

First off Dr. Patrick is awesome he is the only one that has gotten my script right, which is difficult, bc of my eye conditions and I’ve tried multiple places. Secondly, the staff is awesome and very caring and will make sure you get exactly what you want. The only down side is waiting for your new glasses, but that’s everywhere. If I could give more than five starts I would.
