(May 2, 2022, 12:27 pm)Good experience and value. Marinated steaks are great. I have had venison processed here and am satisfied. They only take boned and trimmed. Smoked turkey is great. Got terryaki sticks in 2021 and they were some of the best i have ever had. They changed the smoker they had and the sticks came out perfect.

(May 31, 2020, 6:01 pm)Great beef jerky. Picked up a pound and a couple beef and cheddar sticks($4 each). Would like to come back and grab some steaks, things looked fantastic, a little more expensive than your big chain grocery store but better quality and service. Great stop on your way to the cabin. It is small though, worth a call ahead if you want something specific or have a big order.
