    My furnace decided to go out when it hit record lows. My house was so cold, I was concerned about my pipes freezing. Within an hour of contacting Faust, they had someone (Jake I believe) come out to assess the problem.
    Once they realized the seriousness of the situation, Lori came out in the cold to do an estimate and she was also able to sign me up for a loan since I was unable to pay for the service in full at the time.
    Within an hour of that, Roman and William were here putting in my new furnace.
    I felt so bad that they had to come out in the freezing cold. It was so dangerous to be outside, even just for a few moments, but they were so kind and polite and not once made me feel like I was a bother.
    They did an amazing job, an within hours my house was warm again. Me and my pets can't thank them all enough.
    Faust has got a new faithful customer.

    I called H.J. Faust, Inc. to have my furnace inspected and cleaned in my newly purchased home. Jake was the service technician that conducted numerous tests to ensure that the furnace was safe and fully operational. He also took the time to explain what he was looking for in each test. I couldn't be happier with the service he provided and was impressed by his knowledge of my hvac system.

    Jeff has been to my house twice.. He always treats me ( and my dogs) with the utmost respect and courtesy. He is friendly, knowlegeable and his skills are growing in his ability to solve problems in the most efficient and cost effective way possible.     We've only had positive experiences with this HJ Faust. They don't try to "sell" you more and are up front and honest. Jake was very professional and took the time to explain everything and answer all my questions!
