(July 28, 2021, 3:04 pm)Stopped into the bank about a week ago it was on a Friday and the bank was getting ready to close i was the last customer of the day I worked with a nice lady by the name of Ms. Rocio Castellanos It was a very good experience everyone was very polite Ms. Castellanos explained a lot things to me that I did not know she helped me open up a New Checking Account & also a Savings Account I haven’t received good customer service like that in a while thank you Ms. Castellanos I’ll ask for you every time I stop into the bank God Bless
