  Christine helped us find our wedding rings and she was fantastic. She listened to what we wanted or didn't want and expertly guided us through options and to help us find exactly what we wanted. She was also very thorough in discussing and setting up financing/appraising/insuring of our rings. I would recommend the Diamond Center and Christine to anyone!

  Kane has such a great help! I love my engagement ring. The stone came loose and they fixed it free of charge within a week! We also purchased my fiances wedding band and had a great experience. It was easy to customize what he wanted and we got a great price! It really sold us that we get life time warranties wo we can keep these rings forever!

  My fiance and I were looking to buy wedding bands for her engagement ring. After reading so many positive reviews about The Diamond Center, we decided to check it out. First impressions were great: clean, bright, friendly and lots to choose from. In fact, the whole experience continued to be better than we expected. Dave was incredibly helpful. He took the time to explain and explore all our options, and ultimately, made us feel confident in our purchase. After it was all said and done we felt as though our ring was in great hands. Nothing but good things to say. We will definitely be repeat customers.

  The Diamond Center is a clean, bright, and most importantly, friendly place for any of your jewelry and/or accessory needs. I recently asked the love of my life to marry me (she said yes :), and with Christine's expertise, I was able to first find the perfect ring and learn much about the ring buying process. Christine was incredibly friendly, helpful and in tune with what my needs were. She asked for details about the proposal (which was incredibly beneficial as we were traveling), educated me on the difference between diamonds and their characteristics, and took every measure possible to ensure the proposal was a great success. After we got back from our trip, we stopped back in to get everything fit perfectly to my newf fiancée's finger. Unfortunately, Christine was not in, but Jeff was just as amazing and got us all squared away. They put a rush on the ring as we were taking off for a work conference, and we received the ring back with plenty of time to spare. The level of service, care and thought were unmatched.
  
  Christine reached back out right away when the ring came back in and helped us get all set up with our online accounts, look at wedding bands, and helped explain what was next all while asking questions about our engagement, our trip, our big plans, and so forth. The whole experience felt more like dealing with a close friend rather than a sales transaction.
  
  I would highly recommend the Diamond Center in Janesville to anyone looking. Their style of doing business and treating clients like family and friends cannot be matched.

  Over the last 7 years, since buying my wife’s engagement ring, I have exclusively used The Diamond Center as my jeweler. For starters, they have a beautiful showroom and an amazing selection. The thing that really sets them apart, however, is their customer service!
  
  I first worked with Jeff for buying my wife’s engagement ring. I knew nothing about buying jewelry or what to expect but I could not have been more delighted in my experience. I showed him a picture and told him a price range and he took care of the rest. He never pushed me on anything out of my price range, found me almost identical matches to the pictures I showed him and explained the details and differences between diamonds. Throughout the years he has been awesome to work with on additional purchases, such as our wedding bands and gifts for my wife.
  
  Recently we were in to get my wife’s ring cleaned and look for her anniversary band and we were helped by Kane. We had an identical experience to the ones we previously we had. Kane was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He showed us options for a band to match and helped us with an additional earring purchase. In additions to that he was able to expedite an add on to the earring to have ready for us to pick up later that day.
  
  My wife and I live 1 hour away now but we will still wait to make then drive down just to work with this company.
