  Had a great experience using this company to replace our carpet. Went in, Jace came and measured our carpet and wrote us up a quote promptly. My husband and I were indecisive with deciding what carpet color we wanted to go with everyone there was very patient and let us bring home some samples to make sure we were comfortable and confident with our decision. Within the next week and a half our carpet was being replaced, the guys that came were extremely nice and helpful. They worked the entire day and did an excellent job with everything! We love the new carpet and so incredibly glad we went with this company, everyone was amazing!

  Great selection of in stock carpet. Jace was knowledgeable and very helpful with helping us pick out a carpet that would work best for us! Quick installation time. Our carpet looks great!

  The installers - Gustavo, Eduardo, and Luis - did a great job, very efficient and conscientious. They worked very cleanly and efficiently. Unfortunately, Color Tile/Carpets Plus ordered the wrong color of carpet from what we wanted, and we didn’t see a work order before they did the install to confirm everything. We decided to just go with it instead of having to move everything again. Strongly recommend you confirm everything at every step, and insist on doing everything in writing instead of over the phone to try and prevent the same thing from happening to you.

  Our whole experience from beginning to end with Carpets Plus was superb!!! Ken from the sales team was top-notch! He helped us find the perfect carpet within our price range with great customer service shining through the entire time! Then yesterday when our carpets were actually installed, we were completely impressed!!! The team of carpet installers were
  super efficient (I mean WOW!), professional, and kind! We could not have had a better experience getting our new carpet! And let me say, the new carpet has transformed our home and we are very grateful to Carpets Plus for this! Thank you to all of you at Carpets Plus in Janesville! Check them out…you will be happy you did! :-)
