Janesville DMV

Went in Wed afternoon to renew my DL and to make it a Real ID license. No wait time. Employees were extremely friendly and helpful. I was in & out in 15 min. The Janesville DMV is the best DMV I've every been to! Use their app to see wait times. It makes a huge difference!

I went there to obtain a star for traveling domestically but I could not get it. I took my citizenship document plus 2 copies with my name and address. i had to call this number because my Real citizenship document could NOT be processed. I do not understand why they ask for a document and it cannot be used. The service was great, but processing the paperwork is not good.

Such nice folks and when there was a mess up on my information and I needed some extra documents they provided me some solid and quick solutions so I wasn't wasting my time. Would exclusively use this place in the future

This is a nice, efficient DMV. The staff is very friendly and helpful.😄👍

What I didn't enjoy about my visit was Google tracking my whereabouts and using it to map my movements and actions!! (When I got home, I got a notification from Google asking me how my visit to the DMV was!!! 😡

Pretty busy but they handled it well. They saw I was there for my motorcycle road test before I got in line and got me to where I needed to go...
Afterwards had to take a number.. It was about a 20-25 min. wait to get my updated license info, but I didn't think was bad with maybe 20 other people waiting..
