Tom is absolutely amazing! I have worked with him a few times and I will not go anywhere else for my furniture needs! He is super helpful, knows his products and absolutely no pressure is ever felt to buy anything! I highly recommend checking him and Liz out before going to the big retailers! Thank you so much guys! Where do I begin to accurately describe how incredible this business and it’s owner are. I came from a family that owned their small business in sales and service of appliances. Tommy and his wife run their entire business as my family did. That means ALL store interactions with customers,deliveries,ordering, book work etc. is done by only two people which can be a daunting job. Boxdrop Baraboo does this well and is especially sensitive to immediate needs in a very difficult small business climate that has been hard hit in the last two years. Many small businesses did not survive but we are especially thankful that Tommy’s business has. We ordered an adjustable base and higher end mattress to assist in my husband’s knee replacement surgery recovery. Also needed an ordinary bed frame to use our old mattress/box spring in a spare bedroom. They delivered and even threw in a new box spring for the old mattress. Getting this all ordered and in on time for his surgery was a challenge with the current business environment,but Tommy’s extra efforts to help made it happen and for a price that was hard to believe. I am still in awe of his efforts. He personally delivered the new bed and adjustable base as well as move the old mattress and set it up on the new box spring and frame in the spare bedroom….all by one person with no other help but me holding open a door 😁. We spent our first night on that bed last night and I am beyond impressed with the comfort and quality we now enjoy. I cannot recommend highly enough as the place to go for what he offers. I would hope that future customers will realize and anticipate the timeframe needed when ordering and accept that everything takes longer to fill and ship products now. We ordered as soon as we had a surgery date scheduled which made the delivery time tight, but Tommy pulled it off and I am sorry for the extra time and work he had to do on our behalf. Just so grateful that he cared enough to do that for us. This business is one that deserves our support and business that I hope will be around for a long time. Thank you Tommy for a job exceptionally well done!

Great customer service. Tommy was very knowledgeable and thorough, without pressuring and had great customer service skills. He made the process simple, easy and quick, and was able to answer all our questions with professionalism. Definitely recommend this location. Great local mattress store in Baraboo.

This was an amazing experience. Not only did Tommy make sure we got exactly what we were looking for but he made sure that it fit in our budget and worked with us to make it happen. It was an absolute delight and I will never go anywhere else. I never felt pressured to get anything and I left feeling like I made a great decision. 10/10 would recommend for anybody with any budget.
